Welcome to Phuket Muay Thai
Camp and Gym Bungalows!

The bungalows are located on a
quiet hill, between Kata and
Chalong. The area is cool and shady
and rarely hot, so some bungalows
are equipped with fans and designed
to take advantage of the breeze.

Take me to the bungalows

In Muay Thai most fights are decided EITHER in round 1 by KO (Elbow and Knee) or in the 5th round as a results of conditioning.

Conditioning will win over technique in 95% of all cases. Our gym specializes in body conditioning and nutrition. It takes personal dedication by our trainers and management. This is what we offer that distinguishes us from the rest. You will leave our gym either in the best condition of your life or as winner (or both). The CHOICE IS YOURS!

Here are a few "Rules of Combat" :

."fight now, hurt later"

"Don't block with your face"

"It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up."

"Winning is not everything, its the ONLY thing"

"The more you sweat in the ring, the less you bleed in a fight"

"Winners never quit and Quitters never win"

"Never start a fight. ALWAYS finish one."

"Pain is temporary, glory is forever"

"We do not rise to the level of our expectations. We fall to the level
of our training"
